We are Ippei & Janine Naoi – Ippei is Japanese (from Tokyo) and Janine is Australian (from Melbourne).

We are photographers based in Tokyo since 2006, and we travel to Japan’s hidden gems very frequently.

We love the diversity of Japan and we love traveling to off-the-beaten-path places. We would like to encourage visitors to get off the tourist trail to discover the beautiful islands that Japan offers.
